    Not for the rechargeable version. It runs on a battery, so there is no wiring. The hardwired version connects to a wall junction box, and we recommend having it installed by a licensed electrician.

    Rechargeable runs on a battery and needs no wiring. Hardwired connects to your home's wiring through a wall junction box. Both come in the same three colors.
