Cancellation policy
Subscription Policy
Some products in our store are sold as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains what you are buying, how you are charged, and how to change or cancel. Please read it before you place your order.
Subscriptions (Automatic Refills)
On the product page, the "Save 25% With Automatic Refills" box is ticked by default. If you place your order with it ticked, you sign up for a recurring order: it ships and is charged automatically at the interval below until you cancel. To buy only once, untick the box before you add to cart. You can cancel online at any time.
Delivery interval and billing
- Delivery interval: every 28 days
- First payment: when you place your order
- Later payments: charged automatically to your saved payment method on each renewal date
- Shipping: free to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses pay the shipping fee shown at checkout.
Price
Each renewal is charged at the subscription price shown on the product page and in your order summary at checkout: the regular price minus the 25% subscription discount, plus any applicable taxes.
No minimum commitment
There is no minimum number of orders. You can cancel at any time, including before your second order. There are no cancellation fees.
How to change or cancel
- Open Manage subscription, enter the email address you used at checkout and open the sign-in link we email you. There you can skip a refill, change its date or quantity, or cancel.
- Or email us at tashiro@evaly.store with your order number. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- To stop your next refill, cancel or skip before its billing date. A cancellation made before the charge is taken stops that charge. If we charge you after you cancelled, we refund that charge without you asking, and the refill does not ship.
Pre-orders
If you buy a pre-order, you are buying an item that is out of stock or not yet available. At checkout we may collect no payment or a partial payment and save your payment method. We ship the item later and charge the full or remaining amount then. You can cancel a pre-order that has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a full or partial refund.
Try before you buy
If you buy a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before we fulfill the order. You have a set period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item has not been returned when that period ends, we charge the full price to your payment method.
Refunds and returns
Our 60-day money-back guarantee covers your first Automatic Refills order (see our Refund policy). Later refill orders are not covered by it, and you can cancel your refills online at any time. If a refill has been charged but has not shipped yet, email us and we refund it in full. If we charge you after you cancelled, we refund that charge automatically and the refill does not ship. Damaged, defective or wrong items, and items missing from your parcel, are replaced or refunded on any order.
